Professional statement

Hannah works with adolescents and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, familial struggles, and other daily stressors. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Hannah helps clients identify the patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that contribute to their challenges so they can build healthier, more fulfilling relationships, cope with life’s challenges, and grow into the best version of themselves.

Hannah is a warm, lighthearted therapist who can be direct when appropriate. By asking questions and practicing reflective listening, Hannah acts as a mirror for each client so they can see and recognize their full potential.

By discovering each client’s strengths and emphasizing self empowerment, Hannah partners with them to facilitate healing and self-discovery. As a result of their time with Hannah, clients gain the tools needed to set boundaries, manage stress from school or work, and continue doing the work to better themselves.

Message to clients

Sometimes, life isn’t as kind as we’d like. Whether it be past traumas, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or any other type of painful experience, seeking therapy is the first step to choosing wellness, choosing wholeness, and choosing yourself.

I create a space for young people to grow into the best versions of themselves and ask for help when they need it. Many of my clients are new to therapy and may feel hesitant about seeking care, but throughout our work together see the positive experiences it can open up.

Breaking the stigma around mental health is very important to me because you can carry the skills you learn in therapy throughout life. In my work, I’m equal parts real and empathetic, though I can be direct at times. Ultimately, I’m here to create a supportive, safe environment for you to share your story.
