Message to clients

Most people I know don't aspire to be that average, center-of-the-bell-curve person. In different ways, we all deviate from the norm, which explains our own uniqueness. My aim as a therapist is to work with individuals, couples, triads, and families in a way that celebrates their uniqueness and "incurable deviance" from the norm. By meeting you where you are, with who you are, in a way that makes best use of your unique strengths, hopes, dreams, and quirks, we can work together as client(s) and therapist to help you address your current challenges, get lots more of what you want, develop skills, transform, and explore new choices available to you.

I am trained in a variety of approaches and integrate them in a way to best serve the individual client with therapy, counseling, and coaching services. My current fee per session is $80. My trainings and certifications include Mindfulness/Insight-based therapies, CBT, SFBT ACT, EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Metaphors of Movement, Provocative Changeworks, and NLP.

It takes courage to begin therapy and coaching. My experience is that once you begin, you'll experience changes immediately. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and if we're not a good fit I will help you find someone who is. I am a proud ally to LGBTQ folks and am kink and poly aware. I welcome adult and senior clients and have immediate openings. Due to Covid-19 most of my sessions are being done via telehealth. I am willing to discuss meeting in person on a case-by-case basis.
