Whether it be anxiety, relationship/marital issues, self-esteem, and/or just overall feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed, Jennifer uses her warm, genuine, compassionate, and directive approach to help her clients navigate through these challenges. Jennifer helps her clients feel heard and understood by creating a safe and collaborative environment. She strives to create a safe space where her clients feel accepted without the fear of judgment.
Jennifer's approach is rooted in the Gottman Method and Imago Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapt (CBT). Her therapeutic style works to build connection in your interpersonal relationships and within yourself. Jennifer is a strong advocate for being kinder to yourself. She helps empower her clients to identify their strengths and self-worth. Her goal is to restore and transform connections with the couples, individuals, and families she works with.
Jennifer also faciliates a weekly divorce support group and new/expecting moms group. These groups were designed to help people interact, socialize, provide support, psychoeducation, and relate to one another during these challenging times.
To ensure the safety and health of her clients, Jennifer's practice is currently only telehealth at this time.
