Jessica Burke(She/Her/Hers)

Jessica Burke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering individual therapy sessions to clients throughout Massachusetts. In particular, Jessica enjoys working with adults who have experienced trauma or are navigating relational difficulties. Many individual adult clients also seek out Jessica’s help on topics related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or grief.

Jessica approaches sessions in a trauma-informed manner that focuses on creating a sense of safety in the conversation. She teaches clients how to regulate their emotions and develop healthier thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills. Jessica also often incorporates elements of mindfulness practice into her work with clients, so clients can continue to practice deep breathing or grounding therapeutic skills outside of therapy sessions.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from therapy with the right therapeutic fit. To this end, she offers free 15-minute consultations during which potential clients can determine if working together would be a good fit for their therapy goals.
