Message to clients

Responding to life's demands and challenges can be painstaking and painful. Finding direction and fulfillment in adulthood can be challenging. There is a great deal of pressure to get it right. Some days are good, motivation is high, and everything clicks. Other days there is no motivation, everything drags, and it can just be easier not to think about what comes next.

If being stuck in this loop resonates, you're in the right place.

If you struggle with the tension between knowing what to do and not being able to do it, I can help.

I built my practice to support these kinds of challenges. I have extensive experience helping clients find meaning and purpose throughout adulthood. I believe in an integrative approach that addresses career and academic challenges, mental health concerns, substance use, and health and wellness.

My work is highly individualized, built on a foundation of trust and collaboration where goals are outlined and achieved. I aim to empower my clients to work through what they are facing and help guide them along their journey towards betterment.

Although the future is uncertain, it can also be bright. I commend those brave enough to seek support. It would be my pleasure to guide and support you in your process. I truly believe you will not have a counseling experience like this anywhere else.

Client testimonials

"Justin was quick to setup a phone call with me after my inquiry for more info and Zencare emailed me updates every time there was a message waiting from him in the pre-call chat. He was respectful of my time and prepared to answer any questions I had during the initial consultation to see if we were a good fit. He even offered me additional time after we went over the important info to talk about anything else on my mind. Overall great experience!"
