Justine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serving clients via telehealth therapy throughout the state of California (LMFT124326) and Oregon (T2078).

Before opening her own private practice, Just Wright Therapy in mid 2021, Justine was working with a private practice group in her local area, serving clients of all ages. Prior to working in private practice, Justine worked for a nonprofit organization working with at risk and high risk group home teens. Justine has been serving clients for over 7 years and has had a total of over 9 years experience in the field of mental health/social services, previously working in case management and social work for foster youth.

Justine's specialties in practice include helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges due to life stage changes, self-esteem/self-confidence challenges, coping skills challenges, postpartum depression, and social/life skills. Justine has also had experience working with trauma and although she is not trauma focused in her practice, she does incorporate trauma focused interventions when needed.

Common modalities often incorporated in Justine's practice include: person centered/rogerian therapy, solution focused therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, narrative, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral... to name a few.

As a therapist, connection and creating a comfortable space to express emotions freely has always been important for me when working with people.

I truly believe that the healing process begins with the therapeutic relationship. Because of this, I strive to meet all my clients where they are in their journey and strive to be create a safe and non-judgemental space while also providing a transparent, straight forward, and genuine therapeutic relationship with each person I work with.
