Message to clients

Has your stress and anxiety become so intolerable that it is preventing you from enjoying the present and moving towards your desired future? Are you having trouble liking yourself and making desired changes?  Many of us hit points where we face injuries from our past or roadblocks in the present that feel too difficult to confront. These roadblocks interfere with being able to experience joy or move towards our definition of a life worth living. Sometimes our thoughts and emotions can feel so unmanageable that we lose confidence in believing things can get better and/or our ability to create change at all.

If you are struggling with managing anxiety and pain, calming your mind, regaining control of your emotions, finding joy in the present, building self-esteem and better relationships, or removing barriers towards the life that you want, then you are not alone. In my practice I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Exposure and holistic modalities to help get clients to where they want to go. I believe that we can work together to help you learn the tools you need to remove barriers, learn to manage your emotions and create the life that you want. I specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions and depression, learn to better understand themselves and what they need to live in alignment with their values and the life they want.
