Message to clients

I love doing therapy. It is consistently an honor to be let into someone's life and to bear witness to their struggles, pain, courage, and growth. It is easy for me to care deeply for my clients and to communicate that to them. It is from this warm and collaborative environment that we can get to work. Clients find me funny, warm, and challenging (in a good way!)

Giving yourself the gift of therapy can be difficult - it requires time, money, logistical hurdles, and effort. And, it is such a rewarding practice to allow space and time for you to heal, as well as discover what is and isn't working for you. I invite you to be both brave and kind to yourself as engage in therapy.
