Laura Wu is a licensed social worker serving individuals located in New York. Her practice is collaborative and solutions-focused, with an emphasis on skills building and examining thought patterns and behavior. Ultimately, Laura’s goal is to help you become your own best therapist.

Originally from California, Laura received her Master’s at Columbia University School of Social Work. She currently works as a clinician in Manhattan and volunteers at Mount Sinai Beth Israel with the Victim’s Services Program. Laura also serves as Director of Operations and Strategy at Joko Wellness and additionally provides Radical Mental Health First Aide trainings. Previously, Laura worked at Hospice of Waterville, ME as a grief therapist, at Legal Services NYC as a legal social worker, and at Behavioral Associates as a clinical social work intern and DBT therapist.
