Hi, I'm Linda, and I'm here to help you. As a clinical social worker, I have spent 30 years treating clients with challenges such as mental illness, addictions, personality disorders and rebuilding relationships. Whatever challenge you currently face that made you search for a therapist, know that we discover the tools you need to succeed in your life and get healthy.

We will meet for online sessions that fit your schedule. I will listen to you, provide support, and help you to use tools that draw on the strengths that you already have inside of you. My approach offers a unique blend of therapy that includes:

CBT and DBT;

Motivational interviewing;

Stages of change;

Mindfulness techniques with visualization; and

Hypnotherapy.

I work with couples and adults with a focus on improving interpersonal relationships, increasing stress tolerance skills, and regulating emotions. As a client, you will learn how to embrace recovery from your problems and enjoy the opportunities that you will experience with your healthy, new approach to life.
