Professional statement

Logan focuses on building clients’ confidence so their light can shine. By becoming the most authentic versions of themselves, Logan’s clients experience more confidence, better relationships, and improved satisfaction with their lives and careers.

Logan primarily works with college students and young adults, particularly those living with depression, anxiety, or ongoing life transitions. Many of his clients find themselves experiencing work and academic challenges, unfulfilling romantic relationships, questions about their gender or sexuality, or difficulty setting boundaries.

Through a strengths-based approach, Logan facilitates a space where clients lean on their inner resourcefulness to find the answers to life’s questions within themselves. Through this process of self discovery, clients identify ways to build better relationships, meaningful careers, and lives that make them proud.

Message to clients

Being the truest version of yourself is the best feeling. My job is to provide a space for you to express your unfiltered feelings, gain a sense of freedom, and be your complete, unapologetic self.

My approach to therapy draws heavily from a strengths-based perspective, which means we’ll work together to identify your best qualities, create a more positive mindset, and develop skills for improving and maintaining your mental health.

You already have the talent, know-how, and resilience to work through whatever challenges you’re facing. My hope for you is that together we can find your footing towards a better and happier life. Together, we will work to create meaningful connections, connect past to present, and simplify life’s complexities.
