Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC National Certified Counselor, NCC Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsMadison Swayze is a licensed professional counselor with a mental health service provider designation. She primarily serves adults and teens who struggle with ADHD, carry around the heavy pressure of perfectionism, and may have difficult stories to tell. Many times, Madison’s clients are ambitious and want to work hard to achieve, but feel held back by fears, their past, or negative messages to themselves.
Madison’s approach is through the lens of a Somatic and Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing, an evidenced-based practice. However, she enjoys tailoring her approach to each client to help them achieve maximum progress towards their goals. She utilizes mindfulness to help client’s build awareness of themselves and things they want changed in their life.
Additionally, Madison focuses on the story and finding common threads throughout a client’s life. She loves to assist clients in being able to find the patterns for themselves. She believes that each person is an expert of their life, but that it can also be difficult to take a step back in the midst of challenges.
Madison hopes her office is a place of safety for clients to be able to find their courage and seek out healing. She seeks to bring fun, growth, challenges, and laughter during the therapeutic process. Madison offers both in-person and telehealth in order to maximize client’s preferences.
