She has successfully treated many clients with OCD and is extremely familiar with both common and uncommon intrusive thoughts. She is highly skilled at working with clients whose compulsions are both observable and not observable by others. She practices from the Cognitive Behavioral Orientation with a bent towards Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her approach is highly individualized, meeting each client where they are and moving at a comfortable pace to tackle difficult thought patterns and behaviors. She aims to empower clients with the practical skills to manage symptoms independently outside of session, decreasing overall levels of anxiety in daily life.
