Professional statement

Natasha became a therapist because she's always been empathic and has a deep concern for the well-being of others. Throughout life, she's encountered many people who were in need of emotional or mental health support, however many of them never sought the help they needed.

Natasha believes that when a significant life experience weakens a person emotionally, it creates an opportunity to build resilience through Emotional Strength Training. As a therapist, her goal is to help clients manage life’s many unexpected challenges by building their emotional strength and resilience.

During her 10+ years as a therapist, Natasha has worked with hundreds of clients and consistently found ways to help them improve their emotional well-being. Additionally, as someone who successfully juggles marriage, motherhood and a career, she brings a wealth of first-hand knowledge to her sessions that allows her to connect with her clients and help them acquire the emotional strength they desire!

Message to clients

First, I'd like to say 'Congratulations' for taking the first step of looking into teaming up with a therapist. This is often the most challenging step, and the fact that you've taken it means that you're already ahead of most people.

You've accepted the risk of being vulnerable and asking for help, and that's something to truly be proud of. If you choose to partner with me during the therapeutic process, I will walk with you through a personalized journey of self discovery based on the life experiences that have made you the person you are today. We'll work on helping you identify and expand your emotional resilience, while adopting practical strategies you can use to help you cope during times you feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or simply not your best.

If you choose to schedule an assessment, we'll both get an opportunity to see if we're a good match and identify the areas that you'd like to work on in our future sessions. I can't promise you that this process will be easy, but it will definitely be well worth it when you look back and see how much stronger you've grown emotionally!
