Message to clients

My goal is to help you create a rich life for yourself by fostering your resilience and capacity to feel. I believe those seeking therapy have a “gut instinct” that understanding themselves in a more complete way can open the door to a more fulfilling life. Knowing ourselves is a critical tool that can empower us.

I am a psychodynamically-oriented psychotherapist and licensed social worker. I have experience working with mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as developmental trauma, concerns about self-image, relationships, and career. I hold a certificate in trauma-informed care, and have research experience in maternal-infant attachment.

I deeply value the power of the relationship between the therapist and the client. I very much look forward to building an experience together that makes you feel heard and understood.
