Dr. Rebecca Harmon is a Clinical Psychologist who welcomes individuals to her practice in both New York City and Westchester County. She helps her clients as they grapple with symptoms of depression and anxiety, particularly due to stressful life circumstances or challenging relationships. Dr. Harmon specializes in working with clients who are processing major life transitions, such as entering the workforce, transitioning into parenthood, and changing jobs or careers. She also works with new and expecting mothers through the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood.
Dr. Harmon received her master's and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, with concentrations in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy. She also completed pre-doctoral externships at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a pre-doctoral residency at Yale University’s School of Medicine, and a postdoctoral fellowship at Hartford Hospital’s Institute of Living.
