Message to clients

My goal as a therapist is to provide each client with new skills, new ways of thinking, and renewed understanding of themselves as individuals. Sometimes clients come to therapy knowing exactly what they want to get out of it, and other times clients aren't quite sure but just know something feels "off" and they want to feel better. Either way, therapy offers a unique space to learn new things and practice new skills in a nonjudgmental environment.

I see all of my clients via teletherapy (so, over a video session). This can make it easier to find time for therapy, feel more comfortable, and practice new skills while in your own setting. Finding the right therapist for you is an important process; if you think we might work well together, please don't hesitate to reach out.
