Message to clients

Many of us know what it feels like to feel alone, judged, unseen and unheard. I believe counseling and therapy should be an environment where you feel seen, heard, validated and where you grow. Our experiences are unique to us because we are all unique individuals. I create an environment where everyone is free to be who they are even if they are still learning what that looks like.

I believe my purpose has a counselor is to be present, tell the truth in a non-judgmental way and help clients connect with who they are meant to be. For some, healing may look like reaching a place of acceptance of the past and for others this may look like completely being set free from the pain of the past. Right now, I don’t know where your journey is supposed to lead you, but I am committing to you right now that when working with me, you will not be alone on your journey and we will always move toward healing, growth, hope, resilience and self-love.
