Message to clients

Developing a strong and collaborative relationship with you to help meet your goals is key to how I work with my clients. My objective is to help you achieve rapid results through exploration of how your thoughts effect their emotional experiences. After all, it's not the things that happened to us or that other people do or say and that are outside of our control, that determine our emotional experience. Rather, it's the way we think about things or the meaning we attach to them that impacts how we feel and consequently respond to life's pressures. I also find that working to bring focus to a more present oriented and positive focus, and away from more problem-oriented thinking helps to improve emotional resilience. I look forward to working together to meet your goals for enhancing your emotional experience.

Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the agreed upon rate for the first occurrence and 100% for subsequent occurrences.
