Dr. Wendy O’Connor is a Stanford-trained Positive Psychologist and Life Strategist for Women. She coaches women on designing a life they love by building the confidence, clarity, and freedom that they desire. Dr. O’Connor specializes in the science of happiness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and empowers women to annihilate anxiety and stress, leave limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns and habits behind, and design a life they love.

Dr. O'Connor received her doctorate in psychology from the Stanford PsyD Consortium and completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Sharp Healthcare in San Diego, California. There she trained in several clinical rotations including the adolescent partial hospitalization program and the adult inpatient and intensive outpatient units.
