Client testimonials

"Yumin is absolutely incredible! I’ve worked with her for over a year and she has helped me so much with the methods she uses, particularly Internal Family Systems. She very evidently is knowledgeable and practiced in her work, and provides a space for open communication about her methods, what the client desires, and how the methods are working. For anyone struggling with complex trauma, Yumin will help."
- Female college student • July 2021
"Sessions with Yumin have been life changing. She provides a holistic approach that really caters to your needs and what you would like to work on. She creates a comfortable environment where you can be vulnerable and yet also feel like you are growing stronger. I came to her for help with anxiety and depression, and we ended up going even deeper and tackling intergenerational trauma. I highly recommend working with Yumin!"
- Previous client • July 2021
"Yumin was thoughtful, insightful, and willing to work with me at my own pace. She let me set the goals/objectives for the each session and our overall time together. I never felt rushed into tackling something I wasn't ready for, and she made me feel comfortable in her office (and online)."
