The group is run for 6 weeks. The structure of the group is very collaborative and consists of psychoeducation about the stages of divorce, co-parenting, and promoting self-growth and self-esteem as an individual on your journey. I help empower the members to understand their own role, find their new identify, heal, and transform from where they are and where do they want to be and how to overcome any obstacle of what is getting in the way.
To ensure the client is a good fit for the group, I will schedule a free 15 minute phone or video consultation to get a better understanding of what the client is going through and answer any questions they may have.
