New topic and tools introduced weekly including exploring your relationship with food, emotional eating, mindful eating, hunger and fullness cues, dealing with cravings, reducing vulnerabilities to overeating, food journaling, stress management, and more.

1 hr weekly live zoom calls (recordings available)

Sessions are both didactic (content learning) and discussion based

Nutrition coaching is also available

Group Therapist

Dr. Natalie Horn is a clinical psychologist in Denver, Colorado. She provides evidence-based treatments and tools for individuals who are looking to make a change, improve their quality of life, and feel like a healthier and happier version of themselves. In addition to therapy, Dr. Horn offers life coaching for clients who are looking to optimize performance and unlock potential in life, sport, or work.

Dr. Horn specializes in treatments that address the intersection between mental, emotional, and physical health. Her specialty areas include stress management, anxiety, depression, the entire spectrum of eating and weight-related disorders (restrictive eating and overeating), sports performance, health and wellness coaching, sleep/insomnia, and coping with chronic medical conditions.

Sessions with Dr. Horn are individually-tailored to help clients meet their goals. Her framework integrates evidence-based therapies with empathy and self-compassion. Her style is collaborative, interactive, and non-judgmental. Dr. Horn provides space for clients to explore values, visions, and goals; to process and work through difficult or uncomfortable emotions; as well as action-oriented tools to help clients make real change. In addition to providing support and encouragement, Dr. Horn encourages her clients to expand their thinking in order to feel differently.

Dr. Horn is affiliated with the Denver Sports Recovery center for athletes. She provides sessions virtually over phone or video. Evening appointments are available!
