Centered Minds Counseling LLC was founded in 2021 by Janan Braley to aid individuals and couples overcome the intense mental effects of the pandemic.

At Centered Minds Counseling, our focus is on helping you discover your true sense of self so you can live your most fulfilling life.

Meet Our Clinicians:

Shauna Allen, MSW counsels children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma utilizing CBT and other coping skills. Shauna has been in the mental health field for 11 years, and has been counseling for 4 years.

Jennifer Baymon, MA enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and adults. Jenn is passionate about helping others navigate through various lifestyle transitions.

Erica Gagne, LCSW enjoys working with adolescents (18+), and adults at every stage. Erica is passionate about helping adolescents and adults identify and utilize health coping mechanisms as they navigate through various transitions.

Jillian McBride, LICSW has provided therapy for all ages and is currently working with young adults and adults who would like to learn more about themselves and their strengths. Jillian believes that therapy should be a safe place where self expression is unlimited and supported, she strives to always meet her clients exactly where they are in their lives.

Alessandra Keene, MA enjoys working with children, teens, families, and adults. She is passionate about empowering and supporting clients through tough moments in life.

Vejen Bruno-Lasanta, MA works with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults and older adults. Vejen uses different scopes of practice such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and group therapy among others. Vejen has over 7 years working with dual-diagnosis clients and is experienced with addiction counseling. Vejen's approach is client focused and centered for she believes we are here to help navigate and guide by teaching the appropriate skills needed to process life situations.

At Centered Minds Counseling we offer individual telehealth therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples.

Our clinicians have experience working in a wide variety of settings including, substance use facilities, in home therapy, outpatient therapy, and crisis intervention services.

What are your practice's specialties?

Clinicians at Centered Minds Counseling specialize in a variety of areas. The most common diagnoses that we treat include: Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma Disorders, and Greif and Loss. We enjoy meeting clients where they are at and working to find balance in their lives to center their mind'.

Why should I choose your practice?

Centered Minds Counseling in that our providers have various types of experience. Shauna, Alessandra, and Vejen all specialize with trauma disorders. Erica and Vejen both have PHD's and enjoy working with college age young adults. Jennifer has experience working in public schools and can aid families with support they need. Jillian has an independent clinical Social Workers license, providing a more advanced clinical approach.

How does payment work at your practice?

Centered Minds Counseling accepts Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Optum (Harvard Pilgrim, United Health Care, ETC.), Tricare, and Tufts insurances. We will also provide a superbill in order for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Our session fees are $120 for a 45 minute appointment, $150 for a 60 minute appointment and $170 for an intake appointment.
