I am a LPC for Colorado and Texas. I take insurance for my Texas clients. Both my Texas and Colorado clients can utilize direct reimbursement if preferred.
I have in-person availability in Littleton Colorado
I have worked with various clientele issues and support you on your healing journey. It can be scary but does not have to be done alone. You are in control of your mental health journey. Telehealth takes away the anxiety of driving and having to do all the things to sit in the waiting room. You can be comfortable and feel safe and secure in your home as we work together to reach your goals

We offer support, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy for a multitude of presenting concerns. I am EMDR trained and have a lot of experience working with those who have experienced all levels of trauma. I understand life can hit us in all kinds of ways, and we all react differently and have different needs. I am here to help identify and address your needs and how we can form a life where you feel fulfilled and secure.
