Our dedicated team also offers affirming care for transgender and nonbinary kids and teens, ensuring a supportive environment for their journey towards emotional and mental well-being.

At Manhattan Mindful, while we possess training across various modalities and interventions; our fundamental belief is that every individual is unique. All staff are trained in treating the effects of traumatic experiences and can customize your care to craft a personalized therapeutic approach that aligns with your preferences and needs.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are considered out-of-network (OON) providers by most insurance companies. Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that will typically reimburse between 50% to 80% of session costs after your deductible is met.

Our sessions start at $175 for a 50-minute therapy session, with some availability for sliding scale sessions for $75.
