Whether you want to compete at the highest levels, address trauma, better manage your emotions, maintain sobriety, or just need someone to talk to regarding the stresses in your life, Power-Up Performance LLC can help.

Power-Up Performance LLC opened for business in April of 2017 to provide quality mental health care to anyone who wants it. The core values of our company are social justice and equitability. We provide community-based services using a variety of evidence-based techniques and treatment approaches. People genuinely desire happiness and want to perform at their highest levels, but life places "blocks" that prevent them from reaching those goals. By removing the "blocks," we can assist the clients in finding pleasure and success in life.

EVERYONE deserves a chance for success and happiness. To be accessible to everyone, we accept insurance, offer a sliding scale, and provide community-based services. Sessions can be conducted via video, at the client’s home, in public schools, in public places, or now in our Lakewood office.
