Dr. Alisha Fluker is a doctoral prepared, dual board-certified nurse practitioner. She is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) as well as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and has been practicing for over 15 years. She has had the privilege to work in a variety of clinical settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
This experience has informed her practice, which includes dedicated, non-rushed office visits to work in collaboration with you on an individualized treatment plan, using evidence-based medicine as the primary guide for psychiatric symptoms, and supportive follow-up guidance. She respect each individual client's needs and concerns by providing person focused care. Her approach to medication management is conservative as she aims to prescribe the lowest, yet, most effective dose of a medication.

Services are provide online (telehealth) to individuals (18+) in the state of Texas, Washington, and New Mexico. Through a secure, HIPAA compliant platform, her clients can connect from the convenience of their home, office or vehicle via smart device. Her goal is to remove barriers to quality mental health services so that her clients can live a healthy, fulfilled and well-balanced life.
