Arleen Perdido(She/Her/Hers)

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I received my Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Loma Linda University in Southern California.

My nursing experience includes working in an inpatient psychiatric facility and a Level I trauma emergency department. I have clinical experience with medication management for adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I am passionate about whole-person care and advocate for the reduction of stigma associated with mental health. I believe the combined approach of psychotherapy and medication management is essential for mental wellness. I challenge others to ask themselves, “What good is a healthy body if the mind is not at peace?”
