Alana is a somatic, relational, and psychodynamic therapist. She will guide you to to the heart of your suffering so that you can experience meaningful and lasting change. She likes to integrate mindfulness and somatic techniques into our work in a way that honors your whole experience. She has years of experience working in the corporate world, which allows depth of insight for driven New Yorkers. She understands the complexities of the systems in which we live.
