Alison Mann is a licensed master social worker who is serving clients in New York. Her practice approach is a balance of exploring thought and behavioral patterns, skill building, and providing space for reflective growth. Some of these modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic, Exposure and Response Prevention, solution-focused and mindfulness. Alison also has additional training in Mirror Exposure Therapy and CBT-E, for the treatment of Eating Disorders & body image.
