Message to clients

Sometimes seeking help for personal issues can be daunting or overwhelming. I strive to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. I am a very interactive therapist, and I feel creating a safe space and supportive environment is very important to building a therapeutic relationship. Our first session will be a chance for me to learn more about you and what brings you to therapy. We will set some goals that you create and then I usually meet with clients every two weeks so that we can assess how you are doing between sessions.

My hope is that you can begin to understand yourself more, make the changes you wish to see in your life and feel better!
