As a therapist who specialties include trauma, CPTSD, DID, anxiety, DBT and sex therapy I have an extremely broad knowledge base to draw from. I am person-centered and work from a mindfulness, strengths based approach to help you achieve your goals. What all of that means is that I have a lot of tools in the toolbox, and want to share those with you.
