Blondine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in practice for the past 12+ yrs. She specializes in helping individuals learn effective and strengthen their coping skills to better manage:

Blondine uses a strength-based and eclectic approach to therapy to help individuals identify the ways their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their day-to-day functioning. She is trained in trauma-informed care and solution-focused/motivational interviewing, and cognitive-based behavior therapies (ie. cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to name a few).

There is no one size fits all in therapy. You can expect Blondine to work in partnership with you to resolve your current distress. Blondine believes that the therapeutic environment is the lab you practice effective coping skills so you can live your best optimal life to the extend possible.
