Message to clients

Do you find it difficult to quiet your mind or slow down your thoughts? Are you experiencing intense emotions, feeling out of control, or easily becoming frustrated and overwhelmed? Have you experienced a traumatic event and are struggling with heightened anxiety, intrusive memories, or feelings of disconnect from the world around you?

I aim to set a safe, secure environment where my clients can create the life they want to live. I have experience in treating Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorders, Self-Esteem, and LGBTQA struggles. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults.

In a world that often feels to be full of judgment and gives a list of dos and don't, I invite you to explore what you want out of life, who you want to be and how to challenge the criticism from yourself and the world around you. You are worthy of a life worth living. In the wise words of Brene Brown "There are no prerequisites for worthiness"

Bridgett is currently supervised by Nicole DeSantis, LPC, ACS 37PC00704700.
