Message to clients

It is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with, where you do not feel judged. I am down-to-earth and have experienced my own difficulties and challenges in life. It is my intention to make every client feel at home with me during sessions. I have a sense of humor and use it during sessions when the time is right. Therapy does not always have to be "heavy." I believe you can enjoy your journey to healing. It is not always easy, but it is rewarding. I would be honored to walk with you as you gain self-awareness and stretch yourself to grow in ways you never thought possible. I will encourage you and support you all the way. You do not have to do this alone.
