Tired of feeling frustrated, stuck, and disconnected? You’re not alone. My name is David and I’ve helped dozens of men struggling with these issues. My clients typically feel off course, disconnected, and frustrated when they arrive. After working with me they feel fulfilled, relaxed, and empowered.

Using my unique approach I help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward in the way they want. This often includes connecting more effectively with their partner, building self-esteem, and cultivating the capacity to work through difficult emotions.

I help men who are feeling stuck discover their passion. After helping hundreds of men, tune into themselves, find well-being, and reconnect to themselves I look forward to helping you on your unique path. It takes courage to turn inwards and see what’s there. I’m here to help you do just that.

You’ll be in a relaxed, non-judgmental and humorous space where you can be yourself. Using tools like mindfulness, authentic relating, and self-awareness we’ll help you be the person you want to be more and more in each session. We’ll use the things arising in your life to tap deeper into the underlying patterns then learn new skills and ways of thinking about things to create new results.
