Message to clients

Hello! I'm so glad you made it to my page! I know that at the moment, life is not going the way you'd like it to be. It could be that starting the search to find a therapist has been overwhelming and scary. I want you to know that you don't have to be alone in your struggles and you don't need to feel ashamed or embarrassed for needing help. Learning how to manage our emotions and deal with life stressors are skills that are learned. Needing someone to guide you in your mental health journey is no different than paying a dentist to take out your wisdom tooth. Scheduling a session is such a huge way to love yourself and I hope you can take that next step with me.
