Eliza Atlas(She/Her/Hers)

Eliza Atlas is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker located in Massachusetts. Eliza supports adults and young adults who are going through major life transitions.  Eliza often provides individual counseling to clients struggling in their marriage, experiencing postpartum depression, and making career changes. In addition to working with adults, Eliza also specializes in working with adolescents as they navigate challenges in home and school life. Eliza bases her therapy approach on the client’s unique needs, personality, and preferences.

Eliza operates from a concierge model, keeping client numbers limited so that she can support clients throughout the week and offer longer session times than average therapy practices. Eliza is available for same-day check-ins and is consistently there for clients to support in times of need and to celebrate successes. This offers comprehensive, accessible care that has lasting effects. By operating from this model, Eliza finds that clients progress faster as they integrate their mental health into their daily lives in a way that they might not if they solely relied on weekly sessions.

Eliza earned a master’s degree in social work. She began her private practice as a way to help those who are going through life transitions, as she recognizes that these transitions can disrupt mental health and self-identity. By providing clients with engaging emotional support, Eliza helps aid in re-centering their worlds, adjusting to the new normal, and managing life crises with a superior level of care, time, and support.
