As a Solution Focused Therapist, working with Jane is more than just talking things out. Vowing not to misuse your time, clients have found relief from their suffering through counseling therapy! You can express your thoughts and emotions without judgment, yet she will gently but directly point you in the direction you may need to focus, all while encouraging. Clients are given homework after almost every session and provided positive feedback as they practice new skills leading towards healing.

What is Jane's background? An Illinois native, she grew up in Naperville before attending college —graduating from Aurora University with a Bachelor's degree. After getting married, she pursued a counseling degree through the University of Illinois and received her Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling. After starting in the field of addictions, working with multiple mental health concerns, including extreme anxiety & depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, she pursued a career as a school counselor at a private catholic college-preparatory high school just before opening her private practice.
