Message to clients

We all desire to feel understood and recognized for who we are. When we begin to suppress ourselves due to societal/cultural expectations, our upbringing and current relationship dynamics, the disconnection with ourselves manifests itself into symptoms of depression and anxiety. Existential therapy tells us that we have the ability to make intentional choices that lead to the reclamation of our self, our true feelings, and our truest well being.

Together, we will collaborate to discover the whys and how's of your behaviors, develop compassion for these behaviors as the survival mechanisms that they are, and with this understanding, gently seek a different way to interact with the world - one that aligns with your greatest well being in mind.

Openly reflecting and analyzing your current reality provides the possibility for change and personal growth. The path towards reclaiming your self and self actualizing starts here and I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.
