Kate Graham, LMHC and SEP, has over ten years experience as a therapist in private practice. She specializes in working with complex trauma, sexual trauma, attachment issues, relationship challenges, sexual health, gender and identity issues.
Kate's private practice is based north of Boston, a queer and neurodivergent friendly practice, offering sex therapy, couples and individual therapy via telehealth. She shares a combination of somatic, developmental, cognitive and nervous system based approaches to therapy.
At the Brookline Trauma Center, Kate assisted in research studies on yoga and post traumatic stress disorder and was privileged to lead the women's trauma sensitive yoga group - a program initiated by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and David Emerson.
In addition to becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner for trauma healing, Kate also completed her certificate in Trauma and Recovery through Harvard Medical School and has had the pleasure of lecturing on yoga therapy and mental health at a variety of universities and conferences throughout New England.
