Dr. Young is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. She has training in many evidence based treatment approaches ( PE, CPT, EMDR, DBT to name a few) and a belief that healing happens in the context of relationship. Dr. Young is eligible to provide therapy under her Arizona license in many other states.

Message to clients

My career focus has been on treating trauma and its aftermath. I am keenly aware that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to facilitating healing. That means, you have a right to a therapist who is a good fit for you! Fortunately I am now able to provide therapy in many states through PSYPACT! Although not for everyone, I have found that telehealth (therapy on a secure video platform) works well for many.

Do you feel overwhelmed? Stuck? Are you struggling with unresolved past pain? Or maybe you are facing current life stressors and transitions. Reach out and let's see if I can help!
