Kizzy Griffin(She/Her/Hers)

Kizzy Griffin is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Copperas Cove, TX. Kizzy works with those who want to achieve personal growth and manage the various road bumps that show up in their lives. Many of Kizzy’s clients begin therapy while navigating major life changes, whether that’s adjustment to civilian life after military service, changes to relationship status, or starting or ending their careers. Kizzy works with those who struggle with their anxiety or depression, and she’s passionate about supporting those in the LGBTQ community.

Kizzy’s approach to therapy begins with taking a person-centered and strength-based perspective to therapy. Kizzy allows her clients to lead the course of each session, encouraging them to bring up what’s on their mind at that moment. Clients feel comfortable speaking about their personal challenges, including the challenges that come with their relationships, sex lives, and identities. Kizzy reflects back to her clients their strengths, empowering them to see themselves as resilient people. Her aim is to affirm clients and guide them towards their mental health goals.

Kizzy has over five years of experience working with clients in the mental health setting. She believes in the power of the self and many of her clients leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves and how to improve their situations.
