Message to clients

Making the choice to seek counseling can be a daunting and scary experience, however when you reach out to me my goal is that you will experience warmth and encouragement. I am a seasoned and compassionate therapist, with an integrative approach. This means you choose the goals you want to accomplish and we do whatever we need to do to get you where you want to be. I ask thought provoking questions to help you gain insight and solutions to issues you are facing. My forte is the use of analogies which will help you see your struggles from a different perspective and change the way you approach them.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation of which, during this appointment, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and expertise. In addition you will be able to share what you are looking for in a therapist, what issues you would like to address and the goals you would like to achieve. At the end of our interview, together we can determine if this will be a good fit. I would be honored to share in your healing journey.
