Message to clients

The relationship you form with your therapist is one of the most important to successful therapy. I offer adults, children, teens, families, and couples a caring and supportive environment to explore life’s challenging obstacles. I recognize the strength and courage it can take to seek therapy, and believe in helping you find that strength to combat that pain. I seek to join in the healing process, working collaboratively with my clients who may feel isolated or alone. My approach is warm, honest, and empathic to create a comforting and encouraging environment, for my clients to feel empowered to transform their lives.

I identify as an anti-racist, anti-sexist, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to freely explore themselves. My areas of specialization include behavioral & relational issues, navigating LGBTQ+ identity, managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, PTSD (trauma), and attachment issues.

My approach is rooted in emotion-focused therapy (EFT), which holds emotions as important when discovering oneself. I believe focusing on emotional reactions in therapy can evoke curiosity, compassion, and care. I would love to connect with you. I will be in contact to set up a consultation to see if I might be able to help you meet your needs in therapy.
