Message to clients

To get started, I recommend a short initial consultation to discuss what's bringing you to therapy and be sure we are a good fit. The initial consultation has no commitment and is no charge. Therapy works best when both client and therapist feel comfortable with one another. Each person is different and if we're not a good fit, that's okay.

I am offering a course to help build skills for resilience to cope better with day to day situations. It's focused on those that are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or residual effects from the pandemic. It consists of six weeks of online work including video lessons, activities, and individual sessions.

Let's talk and see if this program is a good fit for you.
