Message to clients

I grew up in Central Pennsylvania where I learned a very strong work ethic among people who were hardworking and industrious.

I have a great deal of passion for helping people to identify their goals and help them succeed.

I am a licensed psychologist, practicing for over 30 years in both hospitals and private practice. I have also worked with active-duty soldiers in Georgia and Florida. I am a veteran who has also worked with veterans through the VA.

Over the course of my career, I have seen how the debilitating effects of anxiety, PTSD, and chronic health problems can impact an individual’s life.

Also, having grown up in a blue-collar community, I understand the importance of having access to education to move forward in life.

I consider myself a resource and ally in the journey of becoming well. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and abilities to be their authentic selves.

Are you ready? Contact me to get started on meeting your personal life goals - a life that would be filled with greater calmness, peace, and vibrancy.
