Message to clients

My clients describe me as an active therapist who creates a space of kindness and understanding so I can then, gently, push you to ask questions you haven't considered before about your own life. My goal is to help you become someone who is not a passenger in life, but a driver. Someone who actively engages instead of passively receiving the slings and arrows of life with either paralysis or negative reactionary tendencies. Our work together will be guided by your goals and my direct interventions to help you achieve those goals.

I'm going to help you ask the right questions about yourself. To consider things you either have not considered before or just have not had the right space to do so in. I will also work to have you better recognize your emotions and learn to build a relationship with them, even the "negative" ones. We will fully incorporate the emotional and the intellectual

I also am a published writer on the topic of mental health with articles published in Insider, Polygon among other websites. I take my work seriously and do not take lightly the financial and time commitment that comes with regularly therapy. We will work hard, but in a way that respects you and always leads with empathy and kindness.
