Message to clients

I wholeheartedly believe in a persons ability to change, grow, and heal. I know patterns of behavior and responses can feel automatic, familiar, and even comforting at times. Growth can feel painful and vulnerable, which is why I am dedicated to providing the space needed to explore the dynamics of your experience and find what is needed to feel empowered and fulfilled. I understand the impacts trauma, anxiety, and addiction can have on various aspects of our lives and our internal beliefs.

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but I am here to guide you in exploration and finding a pace that feels safe and secure. My main motivation for therapy is for you to find the freedom desired in order to live your most productive life. When working with me, you will feel valued, witnessed, and empowered. Trust is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship and I honor this above all else. I look forward to walking along side you as you make this brave decision.
